I PURCHASED MRF TYRE FOR MY BIKE ON 23/02/2020 , I ASKED HIM TO PROVIDE TAXABLE INVOICE OR BILL OF SUPPLY BUT HE PROVIDES ME ESTIMATE AND SAID ITS OUR BILL. THE SHOPKEEPER CONTINUOUSLY MISLEADING THE CUSTOMERS WITH FALSE BILLING.

    Dear sir /madam
    मेने एक प्राइवेट लोन कंपनी से लोन लिया ह । कंपनी के कर्मचारियों के बताए अनुसार सब कागजात ओर फोर्मलटी पूरी कर देने के बाद कंपनी ने पहली किस्त दे दी ह । ओर दूसरी क़िस्त घर मे टाइल लगने के बाद देना तय हुआ था । और मैने टाइल लगवाने के बाद कंपनी को जांच करवा दिया ह । ओर कंपनी ने दूसरी पेमेंट देने को बोल भी दिया ह । पर अब अचानक से कंपनी बोल रही ह की दिसंबर में कंपनी की policy में चेंजिंग होने के कारण पट्टे की staisfied कॉपी देंगे तो ही आपका अगला पैमेंट मिलेगा । क्या एग्रीमेंट होने और पहली किस्त मिलने के बाद कंपनी में policy चेंजिंग मुझ पर लागू होती ह क्या ?
