I Started journey from nehar shahpura in the bus no mp04-3678 time 2:40pm on 12-09-2019. The bus conductor who told me his name golu, miss behave with me and one of a girl who was travelling with me. he abuse me and driver drive the bus very rashly and turn speedly so we fell down in the bus. I am injured and have pain in my back. Please do strict action both the drive and conductor.
