Liquor mart named sri balaji wines (miyapur cross roads, Hyderabad) refused to give the bill

Today 29th NOV 2022 around 11.30AM I walked in to liquor mart located at miyapur cross road Hyd and purchased 2 bottles wine + 1 beer bottle, total bill 2960 rs paid through my debit card(invoice # 018840 issued by laxmi narasimha wines). When I received the debit card transaction it shows as "laxmi narasimha wines" but the board says sri balaji wines and walk-in board says Jack Daniel house of sprits.

I after my payment done, I asked for liquor bill and they said we will not give bills to anyone. When I insisted they refused and behaved rudely and challenged me to go and do whatever i can. They are charging 10rs extra for cover.

When I purchased other liquor marts I received liquor bill when I asked for it. But here they are openly saying that they cannot give any bill.

I request concerned authorities please look into it and take action. I can support you with my debit card transaction bill or any other information if required. Kindly please take some action do the justice.
