sir I am Mani kant Tiwari, Ex servicemen( Navy), presently working in State Bank of India main Branch, Bettiah. intentionally incident created by JE PRADEEP KUMAR, TOWN 2 BETTIAH and JE BED PRAKASH OJHA, NAUTAN On 25 March 2019. My CA NO. 13010094980 IS registered with my Father Jai praksh tiwari, Subhash Nagar, Bettiah. on 25 March 2019 both je come with 06 mail staff excluding 04 Gunned policemen in my house for search that I was not at my home I was in State bank where I work busy with March closing and all. they come to home and intentionally charges that my meter was bypass but I want to tell that meter was defective since July 2018 they know very well I. e both je. I was paying every month my avarege bill whatever provided by dept. that time there was no any male member at my house. even my house is 2 nd storey building and I have declared 3 kb of load and taken also receipt earlier 1 year. but Both je came to my home search one by one roomwith male staff of including 06 people without any presence of male member at my home. they mentally harassed my wife and my 09 year daughter at my home like a wanted criminal family. in load declare form I had declare all my appliances which is falls bellow 3 kb load. my meter was defective they also mentioned in FIR REPORT. MY question is that if my meter was not working how they penalty me for bypass the meter if they prove first of all they had to change my meter with new one then can do if prove but they didn't because it all drama was fully fabricated by JE PRADEEP KUMAR AND JE BED PRAKASH OJHA FOR Fulfilling there target of March. my question and compensation from both je 1. either my meter was defective or bypass both can not be. 2. if I have declare my load 3 kb earlier what was reason to check room by room and pressurize my wife. they have spoiled our social and mental value and Fir against me. if they don't give me suitable answer I and my will go for Fir whatever legal action against both JE
