Hike wallet are neither responding to my complaints not returning me back my money 20000

sir i have transferred a sum of 20000 to my hike wallet thinking that i would be able to transfer that amount to other bank account or wallet using hike wallet but , but neither they are allowing me to transfer my money to my own back account neither they are allowing me to transfer my money to other bank accounts or wallets , they even have blocked the withdrawal feature from the wallet and just told me that it will be on after a few days but even after writting to them ao many times now they have stopped reverting entirely and now there help and support feature is even not working and they dont even have any customer support number as well .please help i want my blocked money back and i wish to sue this wallet as well

    15/12/2018 i will send money hike wallet to axis bank of rs 19900 and this transaction is cancle but axis bank debit my 19900 rs.. And i m continually follow hike support but they will continue say to me our team consistently working on it but no any refund my 19900 rs.. Sir please request for refund my 19900 rs.
