goods delivered after amount received but not issue any invoice

We bought 2 gold chains from Kalyan jewellers india limited, Salem Branch tamilnadu on 31.10.2022 partly cash paid and remaining balance paid in g- pay mode. the goods delivered on that time to us. but, the invoice copies were not issued, the showroom staff was requested to me to issue the invoices will be issued at your address in direct the next day.
the invoices are not issued till this time. Many times we called to the shop incharge. but, they have not responsible to our phone call .
need invoice copies immediately to my accounts purpose.
