Dear Sir,
My Food License No. 12618005000224 is in the name of Hotel Super In, Sudhowala, Chakrata Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Which was expired on 06-06-2019, on 28-05-2019, we apply for online license renewal.The application Ref. no is 20190515164725720 .Till date showing the renewal of our licenses on the date of application, whose FBOID No. is FBO160714002117167, valid till 06-06-2021. but we have not yet to any hard copy of Renewal license by post and not the e-mail & not to any msg.

Our login ID and password, email ID, changed which is named as Manish Garg, and their mobile number 9759001454, by an employee of Food License FSSAI Uttrakhand .
Now he is neither sending us a password orneither sending a copy of the license, which is a pure fraud, let us take action by paying attention to this, i have already sent several mails to fssai department but have not yet received any proceedings,
You are requested to send us a copy of our license renewal as soon as possible.
