Everytime giving fake advertisement

UNICORN Store, is doing fraud with all customers, they are giving adds in social media platform that they will provide cassock on current mobile as per Cashify+5000 extra. but Cashify is giving 27000 for one plus 9 as of now for 3-5 months old products so as per their commitment they should provide me 27000+5000=32000 or 31000 but after visiting their store in capital mall, Vasai East their representative told 18000 for my phone one plus 9 and after asking for 5000 extra than they added and told me 23000. This is ridiculous that after asking by customer their representative is giving 5000 I have seen their Cashify when they are just applying all details of my handset I saw 24000 something but they are telling only 18000 what about 6000 and again after asking 5000 extra amount as per advertisement they added in 18000+5000=23000 so they told me 23-24K I will receive I personally checked on Cashify and found 27000 they are providing me for this handset. The UNICORN apple authorised reseller is just giving fake advertisement to social media. the truth is very sad behind their adds, I don't know UNICORN is giving authorisation to their representatives to don't give customer as per Cashify or their representatives are doing this. but this is wrong.(These incident was happened on 24th April 2022, Sunday).

So I want to raise a complain for the same to UNICORN Apple reseller, Capital Mall, Vasai East that they are just promoting everything wrong on social media and this is not good for Indian Customers.
