Took extra money for dadar to vasai local

I took local train ticket from dadar rly station central side to Vasai . He charged extra money for the ticket. When I asked why you have charged 30 rs when you are giving ticket of rs 15 only he says it's converted ticket as I have come from express train to mumbai be said , so ticket is been converted to rs 30 and it shows only 15 rs
