Defective jio phone works very slow as not working

I pre booked jio phone and get jio phone 8279265269 delivery on 22/10/2017
After receiving I was disappointed first to.e from jio phone because it's works very slow as not working after pressing contact list it's open after long time and hang very much
Second during charging got very hot
Thirdly in today time auto call record is necessary feature which comes in every phone even in range of 500 rs phone also but it's jio not have such necessary facility
Fourthly even this jio phone is not having file manager there fore we can not use sd card for hearing our own saved music and vedio
Fifthly this is one sim inbuilt we can not put our regular gsm number with this jio number
Sixthly jio store and 198 are having no direction to register complaint and forward
Seventhly most important that for such defective non useable I asked to provide to my worker but jio said they have no direction for transfer jio phone as it's inbuilt sim in the name of another person adhar card
