dear sir/madam, my account details were spread in public by one of your bank staff without my consent,any impulsion of law,any debt towards the branch, which appears as a serious offence hampering consumer's right to have secrecy of their account transactions, dignity of a citizen,intentional harassment towards my social repute & inlvolved in illegal practice of seeking information for anyone's personal favour, unethical towards the banks vision and violating protection of consumer rights.
Severe penal/warning to be imparted with prior enquiry so as to ensure the above not to be repeated in future.Looking forward to your benign & justified steps ahead.With best regards,thanx.
