Complaint about Samsung Refrigerater Depriving from participating in Samsung Diwali offer 2016

I had bought one Samsung Refrigerater model no RT 34 K 3983 SL on 15.09.2016 from Spectravision Bhubaneswar in my wife's name DIPTIRANI SATPATHY. It was told to me that there is a bumper Draw for Samsung Smart Utsav to be held five times where one can win different prizes. On 30th Sept I got a SMS that My entry is shortlisted in Samsung Smart Utsav. Again next day another SMS received to upload the scanned copies of documents in the link given TO CLAIM THE PRIZES. From Samsung also some one called me to do the same.
I tried to upload the same but failed because that window to upload did nt come. When I called in the number( contact no) no body responded on Sunday.
Nextday when I called again the person from the call centre said that it is more than 72 hrs, so your entry for the prize is forfieted.I lodged a complain in the Samsung toll free no and he advised me to contact the local dealer, I also contacted the local dealer. But nextday the local dealer advised me to lodge a complain in www.Samsung .co.in.But in that website also there was no scope to lodge the complain.


Hence I request you to accept the complain and instruct Samsung to give me the prize which I deserve.
