Today me and my mom travelling from gurugram to dehradun in utcl PNR no. 104R220820221002 i have bought ticket for me and my mom but i was also having 3 months old kitten which i have to take to dehradun but i was not aware to buy ticket for him but at the same time i have bought ticket for him i have given them money and they gave me ticket but when i asked them to give seat no. Also for my kitten they refused to give the seat for my kitten i want my money back beacuse if i have paid money so i wanted seat also please i want my fare back
