The under singed is ordered the Canon mounted Sigma 100-600mm telephote lens from the Amazon on 03.02.2022 at the cost of Rs. 71999/-(Rupees Seventy One thousand, one hundred, and ninety nine only). The same is delivered on 07.02.2022 with box of 14X13X9 Cm and 100 grams weight filled with cotton waste as shown in attached photographs. ( Which is delivered is very smaller in size than the ordered size and weight )
The compline was register with Amazon service center on 07.02.2022, 09:30hrs immediately with in 30 minutes of delivery stating as mentioned above. And also give the mail confirmation to resolve the issue before 13.02.2022.
On 08.02.2022, again mailed stating, my Amazon account was blocked due to the violation of the Amazon policy. The same is communicated to Call center for to resolve the issue, But still today there is no communication from Amazon service center regarding the product ordered, money payed, and my Amazon account(which is blocked on 08.02.2022)
After repeated complaints, and mail communications, today making use of this platform to get the justification.
