Transfer of policy to use it complaint to LIC India

I have submitted the documents in October last year. I am trying to get my policy shifted to my hometown Jaipur from Gurgaon Branch.

I have submitted the documents as per mentioned on the website. But there is no reply to them for a long time. When I call up the Gurgaon Branch they disagree to help or shift the branch. I have invested over a lakh now in this policy and I am helpless.

I want to shift my policy to my hometown because I am unable to use like a change of my nominee (due to the demise of my father) and other things. LIC Customer care is taking advantage of the situation since I can't visit the Gurgaon. But this process as mentioned on the website can be completed online via submission of the documents.
