I have got a message stating that Cash Memo 3000231244 generated for booking no 663856 on 10.2.15. However, till today Cylinder is not supplied.

when i check the status in IVRS it states that cylinders have been supplied for the bookings made till 16/2/15, but i booked my refill booking on 10/2/15 still i have not received the cylinder .Request to supply the same at the earliest, please.
