Dear Sir,
I booked a refill on 04.02.2015 through IV RS vide ref no. 588781 and cash memo no. 3000356371 generated on 11.02.2015.Further again on 25.02.2015 another cash memo no. 3000377062 generated. But the refill not delivered.It has happened in past too. While my aadhar card is already linked with bank & gas agency as I was getting gas subsidy in past too.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve.
