Hi,

I booked for gas refill on 5th Feb 2015 and got a message on 20th Feb 2015 with a cash memo 3000369712 generated for booking no..588895 and saying that gas will be deliver shortly.Again on the same day got one more sms saying that cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking with cash memo 3000369712 but I haven't received the cylinder so far.How to go about it ?

kindly look into this in urgent basis.
