POOR/WORST SERVICE

I became an ABP Exclusive 180 member of ABP Weddings which has been acknowledged by Shri Bapan Maity on 07.12.19. Though promised various services such as weekly submission of grooms at least four as per criteria mentioned in the profile with many other facilities but regret to report only 7/8 grooms names sent most of them are not as per my choice mentioned in the profile. Please note after a vehement protest to ABP Weddinhs Office in Salt Lake they have changed the supervisor who is absolutely worthless than the previous one. However I want immediate intervention so that a client will get a better service from a renowned media house like Ananda Bazar Patrika. I have written an e-mail in detail about this sort of poor services earlier but nobody bothered to reply the said mail till today which is really ridiculous.
