Non receipt of Refund of Insurance Policy premium with ICICI Lombard

I have foreclosed a policy (Secure Mind) with ICICI Lombard within 1st year on 05.01.2016. Since the policy was to complete one year on 31.12.2015, I would should have got refund of 80% of the one time premium value. However, They have processed the claim on 03.02.2016 and refunded me 57% of the policy premium. Since then I have lodged complaint repeatedly with lombard, IRDA and Bimalokpal. But it was of no a avail. Kindly help me get the refund.
