NON delivery of Refill

Dear Sir,
I booked a refill on 04.02.2015through IVRS and ref no.588781.A cash memo no 3000356371 generated on 11.02.2015. further again on 25.02.2015 another cash memo no 3000356371 generated.But refill has not yet delivered.While my aadhar card is already linked with bank& gas agency as I have received gas subsidy in past.
Kindly look into the matter.
