got a deliver sms but not received any gas cylinder so far

Hi,

i had booked for gas refilled on 5th Feb 2015 and got a sms on 20th Feb 2015 as cash memo 3000369729 generated for booking no..589041 and saying that gas will be deliver shortly and again on the same day got one more sms saying that dear indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking with cash memo 3000369729 but still i didn't received the cylinder so far.

kindly look into this in urgent basis.
