I have book refilling Gas on 20th Feb 2015 under booking number 312256716. After past 4 days Gas not delivered at my residence.

May I know the reason also trying all the contact numbers since last two days rings goes but no response on the same. May I know the reason behind it not to take call

Looking forward for your revert also know by when expected the delivery of Gas booked.
