I have started subscribing Times of India & Economic Times. My Vendor is charging Rs 8 for the same where as in paper it is printed that only Rs 7/- to be charged for both.When I asked the vendor about the same he says that if you subscribe yearly directly from times of India the only you will get it for Rs 7/-. Pl help me to resolve the same.The vendor name is Dal Bahadur Pathak and depo is Mayur-Vihar Ph-1.
