Dear Sir,

My Consumer no. 9254 & my booking ref. no. is 353269334 &
I want to inform you that I am always facing lot of problem with your delivery terms, I had booked the cylinder on 16.02.2014 but still i have not received the cylinder from your side, I had lots of communication with your agency on phone but there is no response. This is very serious issue.

So YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY LOOK IN TO MATTER & RESOLVE THIS KIND OF PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY.
