delay in delivery of gas cylinders

we have made the booking of the indane cylinder on 29th january 2015 with the booking number-2000223819 which has not yet delivered till today, i.e, 21st february 2015. also we have received a text message with the cash memo number-3000248937 and was informed that the cylinder would be delivered shortly.kindly revert to us about the number of days it would take to get the cylinder delivered.
