Complaint Against Club Factory Regarding Delivery of Empty Package

I placed an order for earrings on 5th February 2020 and got an empty package from club factory.

The company is refusing to properly acknowledge the issue. And claim they've delivered a properly packed package.

The package was packet but it's empty and i have photos.

They say they've investigated and come to the conclusion that I received a proper package. However, the company being an interested party will always claim their innocence.
