Dear Sir / madam:
I have purchased a Lenovo smart phone (model No. A-6000) on 16/07/2015 form a authorized shop in Rajasthan by paying Rs.7800/-.
Screen of this phone went black off slowly in ~4.0 hrs on 05/06/2016, I put the phone on charging as there was 20% battery left at ~3:00PM and waked up ~4:00 PM by a phone call when I received the call screen of the phone was jiggling and finally went black.
I approached the service authorized service centre (Ms. Dhara Enterprize, Vadodara) for the same and put the details to store. The store representative told that this is physically damaged hence you have to pay approx. Rs. 3800/- for repair purpose I explained him that there is no physical damage on the device but he insisted that there is physical damage to the screen of the mobile; I collected my mobile form the shop.
Then next day I contacted the service centre over phone, store in-charge told me that my mobile is having liquid damage, which can be repaired on payment basis only. I asked for repair estimate/ invoice the same store in-charge told that this can be done only after paying Rs.350/-, while is aware that mobile is under warranty.
Then I e-mailed this matter to Lenovo authorities. I received a call from their Hyderabad centre and they suggested me to submit mobile to service centre.
Finally I submit the mobile to service centre on 13/06/2016 wide receipt no. 484 and at the time service center again fabricated a new story that this mobile phone has a problem with its PCB (the third one story totally different from earlier two physical & liquid damage) and told that there is no liquid damage symptoms on screen as I got is cleared somewhere else.
The service centre is continuously putting the problems into non warranty terms while knowing each and every thing about the device and fabricating a different issue and want to repair phone by violating warranty terms.
After this I have e-mailed to Lenovo but I am not receiving any response from Lenovo authorities.
Request you to help me out from this matter.
