Vendor Refused to Provide Bill for Payment

We had hired an attendant from Sadbhavna Home Care Services for 15 days and had paid INR 9,000 (8,750 through GPay and 250 to the attendant for his personal requirements), and had asked the service provider (Ranchhodbhai Patel) to provide the invoice for the payment. He said he will send the invoice later.

But now he is refusing to provide the bill, and we need the bill to submit for claiming medical reimbursement.
