I have Buy a Product call of “Sugarcane machine with chilling system umbrella”
from
“Bangla corporation”

With communication on 10/03/21 with Kajal (Bangla corporation Sels Person) as as per discussion on whatsapp I have booked order with stipulated time of delivery on 21/03/2021 conform with her and Then 30% advance payment(Rs.27000 with UTR No: 2674383814) was done and conform and I have Booked the Machine.
On 22/03/2021 I have told for Delevery Delay then she Give Admin Number and told to discuss with him he Proved you detail.
Discuss with Admin on 22/03/2021 he say “sir definitely it dispatch yesterday”
Again and again It goes to Yesterday and 27/03/2021 Comes.
I Again told (on 27/03/2021) the Matter to kajal, she told “you have to pay Remaining payment”
I have Pay Remaining Payment of Rs.79200.00 with UTR No:2678475310
While pay(27/02/2020)remaining Payment after I have strictly instructed “ If today not Dispatched then not to send Me”
While discuss with accountant for Payment Conformation then He told today dispatched and it come in the transport name “ Nondhanvadar Transporter”
As on 28/02/2020 I have done many Inquiry on Surat for goods conformation but Sugarcan Machine Not come It.
I also inform To many time to Accountant and sels person But No one give Response.
Also I have done Massage Max to max 12.16 PM on 29/03-201 to all representative (kajal(Sels Person) Accountant,also Irsad Fatani on Whatsapp No.9898430143)
“”As per clear instruction "if not move on this (27-03-21 saturday)day not recived me on yesterday (28-03-21) I not required your machine. I track your consignment as on day (29-03-21) and still it not in movement So please not move your goods.
And give me refund of my total amount on as per below bank detail within max to max within 7 day.
Avni construction.””
Then also It Transport on 29/02/2020 from Bhavnagar and Reach Surat on the name of “ Shree ma Transpot”
And I have refuse the delivery due to fail in term of delivery and Return the Product.
Now they are not giving me advance payment to return me.
