Unauthorised construction in complete defiance of DDA building byelaws... inspector is carrying out illegal construction and has threatened ground floor residents as we are objecting to the construction . Flat owner of 9828 sector C pocket 9 Vasant Kunj Is encroaching public land ... building pillars on the open land and constructing 2nd floor illegally. They have damaged our property, threatened us and are not listening to repeated requests to stop construction. They are creating massive construction on the roof and creating extra rooms which is in complete defiance of the DDA bye laws. The person is an inspector in Delhi Police and has threatened us. We need immediate help. We are getting no assistance from the police in stopping the construction or DDA or MCD
