Snapdeal sold me a "ROCK" for Rs 11,390.00, order Samsung J5 and Samsung Tizen Z3 phone

Hello,
My name is Piyush Pushkar and I live in Seattle, WA USA. I ordered a Samsung J5 and Samsung Tizen Z3 phone for my Mom and Dad as gifts from SnapDeal. The total order was for 16980 (Samsung J5 for Rs 11390 + Samsung Z3 for Rs 5590). My cousin (Ishan Ranjan)let me use his login details so that he can track the order locally in India. So it might have been ordered under his name. However when it was delivered, there was a ROCK in the package where Samsung J5 was supposed to be. This was obviously heartbreaking for my parents and not to mention very disturbing and stressful because the delivery guy had already left. While i am sure this wasn't SnapDeal's intent, this is surely their responsibility. We have reported this to them and this has gone into their regular queue instead of giving this a priority 1 assignment. This is a severe blow to customers trust and safety using online shopping and puts the entire system up for question. PLEASE HELP IN GETTING THIS FIXED. What is the guarantee that the next guy who shows up for delivery is NOT a con ? Can the hiring process from these companies trusted ? Should we fire a lawsuit ?
