Recently the Reliance Communications providing internet services are upgrading their services from CDMA to 4G technology.So in the process they are asking the customers to use a new datacard/Dongle which will support the 4G services.
Here the catch is,customers has to shell out the extra money from their own pockets to buy this 4G supporting datacard/Dongle,but why the customers should pay the money.customers have already paid the money for the CDMA datacard,so if reliance is upgrading to 4G they have to bear the cost of this datacard/dongle otherwise they have to take back the existing CDMA datacard and pay the customer's money which they have paid at the time of getting the connection with the CDMA dongle.If the customer is interested to upgrade to 4G then pay the CDMA datacard money to them and ask them to pay money for the 4G datacard dongle.Instead of doing like this,whether the customer is interested to upgrade to 4G or not ,just like that Reliance Communications is sending the 4G sim cards to customer's address and asking to pay for the new 4G datacard/Dongle.
The customers are not asking for the 4G upgrade, so if Reliance is doing this upgrade by itself then they should bear the cost of this 4G datacard/dongle for each and every customer.
