Personal injury at shopping due to negligence

I went for shopping at Big Bazar Outlet at Raghunathpur, V.I.P Road . Kolkata .700059.

on 27th July 2016 at around 4.15 pm with my 2 of neighbors.

Suddenly at Ground floor of said mall a Big Iron Object from Ceiling fall on my Head .

(Entire mall was under renovation.)

Resulting in forehead and scalp injury and haematoma.



I was being rushed to Nursing home by my friends and Big Bazar staffs at Swasti Nursing home for CT scan and doctors advice .

Wherein they recommended to get admitted for 48 hours observation.

Since last 3 years, I am in consulting Neurosurgeons in various hospitals and all leading medical practitioners but as per doctor there is No damage in bones(Scalp) and injury has impacted on nerves hence it will a time taking process ...



The pain sometimes increases so much that I cannot even move my head and having sleepless nights for weeks...



My husband works for a MNC and had to cancel his travel plans quiet often , I am unable to support by Son in perusing his education and has to hire private tutors for same ...

My entire family is disturbed the way things are deteriorating.



I need justice now for Pain & Suffering , emotional distress and monetary expenses which I am suffering...
