Over Charging Water BottleAgainst MRP

We visited SWAGATH ELANTE MALL, Shop No 318, 3rd Floor, Chandigarh 160002 on 31st of October, 2020. ON its menu it was mentioned that water bottle is for Rs. 140=00. It was presumed that the bottle has a MRP of Rs. 140/=. We consumed water from the delivered water bottle with a brand HIMALAYAN. After receiving bill we checked the MRP on the bottle but to our surprise its was only Rs. 65/=. We asked the manager that when its MRP was only Rs. 65 then they can not charge more than the Written MRP.
The manager replied that since it was mentioned in the menu, therefore, they have a right to charge Rs. 140/=. We told him that it has been decided by the ministry of Consumer Affairs that no one can charge more than MRP on the water bottle any where in India.
The manager did not want to listen us and denied to refund or deduct the excessive price on the issued bill.
I submit that the restaurant be held responsible for violating the orders of ministry of Consumer Affairs and me be compensated by refunding the excessive charges along with the cost of mental harassment.
