I had subscribed for delivery of amul toned milk 3 litres for 30 days at 24x7fresh.in vide order no 100003580 on 1st May 2016 and paid Rs.3078.00 there against through paytm. However, the company never provided the delivery. On being contacted through their customer care unit, the matter was always procrastinated with assurance to start delivery in a few days. Finally I wrote to them to issue me refund. However despite various follow ups the refund has not been processed. Neither is there any revert being received from the company. Please assist.
