Nerolac color damage within 6 months

Hi,

I purchased Nerolac Beauty Gold 18lts(color code : 4247) along with strainer from Behera trading company, Chandra shekharpur , Bhubaneswar on 30th October 2020 with amount 10000rs on Phone pay.

The color of the house completely changed within one year. I have attached painting time photo along with current house photo along with video. Both Nerolac Dealer and company Manager along with Supervisor visited place and there is no update yet.
I gave complain in the company site mentioned email "COMPLAINTS@NEROLAC.COM". There is no response yet. I called company Toll free number 18002092092 but there is no response.

I also attached Phone pay receipt from dealer. I paid my hard earned money , in return i got nothing.


Please help me in this matter. Thanks for support. I feel cheated.
