Purchased Samsung M21 worth INR 15999 on 18th July 2020, ORDER # 405-4419545-8976353 from Amazon.in,but upon opening the package there was no mobile inside box.
But when i complained to Amazon customer care , they rejected my request for refund of 15999INR wrt Samsung M21 saying the delivery was not tampered with.
I provided IMEI of missing mobile, my KYC, pictures of the delivery box, but still amazon claims they cant provide any refund.
I intimated seller too ie " STPL Exclusive Online" , but did not get any response till now.
Both amazon and seller cheated me by sending thick cardboard box with out mobile to make sure it passes the weight of courier.
Amazon clearly sent me an empty Samsung M21 product box which amazon without basic checking they shipped that to me.
