Sir,
I got transferred from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar, Odisha in the month of July2020 accordingly i booked my all house hold to Agarwal Packers & Movers (DRS Dilip Roadlines Ltd) with insurance of all households by paying additional Rs. 3000/- While transportation and loading/Unloading of house hold so many things got damaged badly like baby Pram, Marble Temple, Photo Frame etc as Transportation, Loading/Unloading all responsibility lies with Agarwal Packers & Movers. I have raised complain to Agarwal Packers& Movers over email with all supporting documents like photos and Video of opening packets which proof that all the materials got damaged while transportation/loading/unloading. Even reminder emails sent to Company along with several calls to Kolkata office as well as Odisha office but no one turn up from M/s Agarwal Packers&Movers (DRS Dilip Roadlines Ltd). Kindly make note of it and request you to interve so that i can get compensation and insurance claim against damaged materials from M/s Agarwal Packers & Movers. All related documents along Email communication with Agarwal Packers&Movers (DRS dilip Roadlines Ltd) & photograpsh of damaged materials.
