Dangerous sharp iron rods were placed around the electricity pole

My name is shivangi.i live at madanpur khadar.jj colony,sarita viha. New delhi. I was moving around my stairs and suddenly i slipped and i was about to collide with the iron sharped rods attached with the electricity pole but i saved my self from getting any type accident. I thought i saved my self but what about others.that rods are so close with the stairs.i know it is a conjusted area but peoples lives here so that iron rods should be placed upper around 4-5 metres height. I was so shocked after this incidence happened with me,so i removed it from there.i just want that the authorities should take care about all these dangerous stuffs time to time.i will feel very satisfied if the authorities keep proper care of all these things.
