I bought the flat from the builder with an assurance that the PEMI will be refunded on monthly basis upon submitting required proof within 15 days. But the builder has been neglecting the any demand made and not responding to the email query. Now I have cancelled my booking and have asked the builder to refund the amount but he is neglecting that again and saying he can refund only if the flat is sold. This has resulted in huge financial burden for me my Monthly salary is 60000 and PEMI amount which get deducted is 22000 on top of that I have to pay monthly rent and there are medical challenges as well in my family which again require another 10K. I am under huge debt. I just want the builder to pay the entire amount which I have paid (including bank loan) nothing else.
