Bought Redmi Note 3 phone for Rs 9,999 from Flipkart (WS_Retail)on 8-Aug-2016. Phone is loosing 50% of charge overnight and getting heated up to 40 degree C while charging from day 1 of purchase. Need Refund from MI.COM/IN

Purchased Mi Red mi note 3 mobile after use of one month it stopped working due to some charging issues.
There Pickmi service center charged me 700 INR then returned back mobile without repair, they said me to send mobile again for service this time they charged me 200 INR kept mobile for another one month and returned without repair again now they asked me to visit service center which is around 200 km away from my place Jamnagar Gujrat.
There service center again asked me to pay 600INR for service center in total in have already paid Rs 1500 INR and approx 4 month of time still my phone is under repairing at there service center.
