Dear sir, recently i purchased one powerbank: Callmate 20000mAh CL-613 Power Bank with Two USB Ports, from infibeam.com. I had booked the product after verifying the website shown details.However, the product shown to me is completely different then what shown on website with cheap quality and it is a duplicate one. On registering the complaint, infibeam refused to go for exchange or refund stating that this product is not defective. please help
