Dear Sir,

I went to jio store and asked for sim card . they entered my adhar no . i put my finger print there afterwards they scan my bar code and said already used. it means someone unknown is using my code. bt hw is it possible? i dint share it with anyone. My bar code no is 55562646454.
As All Know Jio bar code contains IMEI no of my phone.Now soneone using my sim which can give him acesss to my mobile phone. now my privacy is in danger because of the negligence of Reliance company.I also write many mails to the jio care but they didnt reply to my queeriee.
Please help to solve this problem
