Dear Sir.
Taken membership for yatraexpert.co.in from Mr. Nilesh , incharge Dhanbad office in December 2018(DHN0022).
I would like to inform you that I contacted Mr. Nilesh on 26/09/2019 about booking of andman trip for Jan 4-8, 2020 for 4 persons ( 2 adult, two child).
He confirmed me over phone that you go ahead for ticket booking , trip will be booked and you will get id.
Same thing continue through whatsapp correspondence and phone , but didn’t get any booking id. Some day he is in patna, sometime unwell, sometime family issue.
December first week, he given customer care number first time in one yr after booking, pl talk to him, I already informed them, he will give booking id.
I contacted customer care and on Decmber 7, 2019 customer care also confirmed booking ho gayi hai, he will give booking id on Monday.(whatsapp chat attached)

But I didn’t get booking id..so many conversation , all time some excuse..waiting for hotel confirmation, Neil per nahi ho pa raha hai…
Time was passing very fast, I have to leave on Jan 3. Finally on Dec 20, over phone customer care said, sorry they are not able to confirm booking.
I was upset..13 days left…ticket of 1.5 lakh already booked. I searched hotel prices going up as time less. If I booked in September I can get in half rate. But finally I have to go so booked hotels by own.
Suddenly on Dec 26, Mr Nilesh called me saying they are on fault, you give your booking voucher, we will refund. Same shared with him same day. Total amount of Rs 21760 for 5 days, 5 room.
Again I pursue so many times but same thing continue. 23rd dec again Nilesh brings customer care in between.
I contacted and again give him all 5 days booking voucher to him with bank details. 18th January Customer care msg sir ek do din lagega.

10th February Mr Nilesh told by evening you will get money refunded.
19th Feb Customer care offered me 50% refund, which was refused by me. And I asked cancel membership and refund membership fee as you people are not fare,
4th march again I contacted but not get any reply.
Lockdown started,
On 8th august, I given offer from my side, refund full hotel bill but you can deduct 7 days instead of 5. I didn’t get 2 days free vochure also, which I requested to adjust in Andaman trip.
Then I got call that due to lockdown our office closed, will contact you later.
Since then , I am contacting but nothing happen.
Whole whatsapp conversation attached with this email.
Finally, you are requested to either refund hotel bill or refund Rs 70,000 Membership fee. Otherwise I will force to start legal action at your company.
