I HAD PURCHASED A MAXIMA WATCH FROM A.K. WATCH CO.,OLD FARIDABAD ON 11/6/2018. THIS WATCH HAS BEEN SENT TO COMPANY 4-5 TIMES. LAST TIME WHEN THIS WATCH SENT TO CO. I HAD DEMAND FOR REPLACEMENT WITH MR. MANOJ (WORKS MANAGER). HE SAID, IF THIS WATCH STOPPED NEXT TIME I WILL PROVIDE YOU REPLACEMENT WATCH. NOW ONCE AGAIN THIS WATCH HAS STOPPED PROBLEM, BUT MR. MANOJ REFUSED TO PROVIDE REPLACEMENT WATCH. PLEASE HELP ME AND TO GET REPLACEMENT WATCH.
