RESPECTED SIR,
I HAD APPLIED FOR MY DAUGHTER RADHIKA BINANI, MINOR PASSPORT FOR RENEWAL ON 13/3/2014. ALL PROCEDURES INCLUDING POLICE VERIFICATION WAS DONE. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED HER PASSPORT.PLEASE ISSUE THE SAME.
