Dear sir,

On 6th i purchased a videocon split AC (model VSD53GV1) from darling digital world, vellore, (Billing name S.Antonynivas), and on 7th service engineers came and installed the unit. but am not satisfy, while ac is on some kind of motor noise is coming from the pipe in between indoor and outdoor. and the cooling also not sufficient, i dont know whats wrong in my ac. pls do the needful. or else i will regard this matter as serious, and you will face the consequences. surely am not satisfy with your service.
