Non Delivery Complaint of authorized 12 th gas cylinder of the year ended 31 March 2015 against book

Sir,

Instead of providing delivery of 12th subsidized gas cylinder against the above reference for which cash memo number 3000181203 dated 31 March, 2015 was also generated you have opted to deliver first subsidized cylinder of the year starting April 15 ignoring the generated cash memo. Instead you have generated fresh cash memo number 3000000201 dated 1/04.2015 and opted to deliver the same without any fresh booking from my side but using the same old registration number 541428 of 30 March against which you were to comply for 12 cylinder delivery.


I have therefore refused to take fresh delivery of first subsidized cylinder and insist you to deliver me my authorized 12 subsidized cylinder delivery against your generated and subsequently cancelled/ withheld cash memo dated 31 March, 2015.

I am taking up this issue with concerned IOCL authorities and also request you to comply with the request made by me through this letter to deliver me the authorized 12th cylinder with a reasonable time of seven days from today.
