My Name is Rakesh Kumar And Consumer No is 91714.
I had received a damage cylinder from Yadu Gas Agency against the above consumer no.
I have contact to our local gas delivery man but he not present to change the damage cylinder.
i am requesting to gas agency for change the damage cylinder otherwise gas agency responsible for any type of loss.
